Warranty Registration Form
DUALLY BIKES LLC warrants only to the original purchaser/consumer of this product, that such products and parts thereof, when used for normal riding purposes by a person that properly fits and is capable of riding and controlling this bicycle, is free of defects in workmanship and material.
WARRANTY OF PARTS
For 12 months from date of purchase, when properly assembled as detailed in this owners manual, DUALLY BIKES LLC will replace any defective part which results when this bicycle is used in a normal manner.
FULL WARRANTY ON FRAME
For the usable life of this bicycle, DUALLY BIKES LLC will replace the frame at no charge, should it fail in any weld point when the bicycle has been used in a normal manner, and determined by our inspection. Please return the entire bicycle to DUALLY BIKES LLC and we will exchange the bicycle and return a replacement to you. You must receive prior authorization from DUALLY BIKES LLC before making such return.
DUALLY BIKES LLC will also replace the fork if it should fail at any weld point. You must receive prior authorization from DUALLY BIKES LLC, and return the fork for our inspection. A replacement will be made without charge after our inspection has justified such replacement.
Our warranties do not apply to any unit that has been abused, misused, altered by component parts, substitutions, or used for rental or other commercial uses. Labor charges incurred in the replacement of parts are not covered by this warranty.
THE FOLLOWING EXCLUSION APPLIES TO ALL DUALLY MODELS.
This warranty does not apply to any unit that has been used for stunt riding, bicycle motocross, dirt biking, or similar activities and all DUALLY units are not designed or intended for such purposes or usages.
DUALLY BIKES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
NOTICE: The user assumes the risk of any personal injuries, damage to or failure of the bicycle and any other losses if DUALLY bicycles are used in any competitive event, including bicycle racing, or in bicycle motocross, dirt biking, or similar activities or training therefor. DO NOT use DUALLY bicycles for wheeling, stunt riding, ramp jumping, acrobatics, or similar activities or with motors as power driven vehicles. This warranty does not cover any personal injuries, damages to or failure of the bicycle or any other losses due to accident, improper use, neglect, misuse, abuse, normal wear, improper assembly or improper maintenance. It is the responsibility of the person who completes the assembly of of the bicycle to install all parts included with it in the factory sealed shipping carton and to make minor adjustments of functional parts such as brakes, steering assembly, etc. as is required for proper operation.
